本機一端裝有電機與減速機，電機功率通過皮帶傳給減速機，減速機再通過聯(lián)國器傳給V型桶，使V型桶能連續(xù)運轉(zhuǎn)，帶動筒內(nèi)物料進(jìn)行均勻的混合攪拌。

1.安裝:將機械放置平穩(wěn)，裝好機腳，墊平，使機械能運轉(zhuǎn)自如。
2.使用前先將需要加油處加好油，然后進(jìn)行空載運轉(zhuǎn)，檢查各裝置固件是否有松動。電氣是否正常，機械是否運轉(zhuǎn)正常，如有異常，需進(jìn)行整修和調(diào)試。
3.將加料口轉(zhuǎn)至上方，打開加料蓋進(jìn)行加料，加料量不可超過規(guī)定容積然后關(guān)緊加料蓋，開動機器進(jìn)行運轉(zhuǎn)，途中如發(fā)現(xiàn)異常，必須停機檢查。
4.下班后或者是更換品種必須將料斗內(nèi)、外沖洗干凈。
